By accessing and using YallaSplit ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YallaSplit is a group expense management and bill splitting application that helps users track shared expenses, manage budgets, and settle debts among friends and groups.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Financial Transactions

YallaSplit is a tracking and management tool. We do not process financial transactions or payments. Any financial settlements between users must be conducted outside of the Service.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of expense entries and financial records maintained within the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YallaSplit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YallaSplit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings in the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YallaSplit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
